Liquidity is not the nonsense that is written in Wikipedia and other information resources. Aaaah, a conspiracy, they hid it from us.. Nothing of the sort, no one is hiding anything. Everything is much simpler - most of the tractologists do not understand what it is at all.

Liquidity is the physical presence of the coin (with direct access of the exchange to it), to the pair traded on the exchange.

That is, the price of BTC to USDt 30,000/31,000 and there are even limit orders to buy and sell. But there is a nuance. There is still a certain volume of BTC coins, so to speak, off-exchange (outside the exchange, but the exchange has instant access to these coins) - a reserve, a stock, a collateral (it does not matter at all what it is called, we will call it liquidity).

So the task of this volume is to prevent the price from chaotically flying up or down - it maintains a stable and smooth increase or decrease in the value of the asset. And also to guarantee the presence of future demand or supply at a price predetermined by the owner of this coin.

Yes, without it, small buy or sell orders will also move the price up or down, but not like that - the price will practically stand still. To deliver the price of an asset in the right direction, liquidity or its absence is needed. Realized that you understood nothing.

I'll explain on my fingers. You were given a salary of 10,000 dollars in change at 1 cent. You stuffed your pockets in your pants, shirt, jacket - but it still doesn't fit. You need bigger pockets! You take a bag, a suitcase, call a friend for help. You managed, took it home and laid it out in drawers and cabinets. Great, you go to work in the morning with two pockets full of change - with five dollars for a bun.

Your stuffed pockets and bun are what you see in the stock market glass. And the remaining 9995 dollars in suitcases at home - that's liquidity.

It seems like there is money, but there are difficulties with using it. And no one except you knows about it, and they also don't know about the plans for their further "distribution". If they gave it to you in paper money as usual, you would immediately spend it and there is no liquidity. Or all the buns were bought out, thereby creating demand and increasing their value. And so, there is also a guarantee that you will buy buns tomorrow and the day after tomorrow and..

And if the company director did not give you this liquidity in time, the demand for buns would fall and they would dry out, if the baker would bake them at all.

In short:

• there is liquidity, which means there is interest in baking buns, because someone will have something to buy them for;
• no liquidity, which means there is no interest in baking buns, because someone will have nothing to buy them for.

Then everything is as before, click the left mouse button and it appears on your panel with the chart, under the main chart with the price.

The indicator settings, as always, are as simple as possible, it is also impossible to break anything inside.

Choose, according to your taste and style, the color of the histogram bars and the color/location of the signals. The rest of the display settings have no meaning.

What the indicator shows

The indicator shows the addition of liquidity by large and very large players, as well as its removal by the same players.

Blue arrow at the bottom: increase of liquidity. Orange arrow at the top: decrease of liquidity.

The consequences of the withdrawal of liquidity can be different - I do not trade them. And they are unpredictable.

Withdrawal of a large amount of liquidity on a large timeframe and its consequences. In trading, the human factor is always and everywhere present: you got up on the wrong side of the bed, your wife has a headache, your mother-in-law came home, and so on.

One withdrew (reduced, deleted) liquidity, another entered (added, increased) liquidity or did not enter it, or in the wrong amount. We got what we got..

Or another option: one added liquidity - made money, the next one added - made money, and so on. We get growth and correction..

How I work is visible, but probably not clear, on the screen above - I explain.

I have my own conviction regarding cryptocurrency - you can't buy bread, you can't drive it into the garage, and so on. Big capital thinks the same way, or I think like them (it doesn't matter). So, on the blue arrow I understand that "big money" has increased liquidity and this increase further makes it possible to increase the value of the asset.

I also understand that an increase in liquidity makes it possible to decrease the value of the asset - yes, the price can be delivered in the opposite direction.

But in both In some cases, large capitals, "big money", buy cryptocurrency at the specified prices with the aim of selling it at a higher price.

This "scheme" works on all timeframes and on all pairs. But you need to understand that on small timeframes the range of liquidity increase is smaller and the capitals are not so large.

And the fact that on large timeframes the capitals are much larger and can afford to be in unprofitable longs for years and their plans for further delivery of prices are also different.

I use the signals of this indicator to clarify and understand the following points:

• where to fix previously accumulated longs - if there is nothing on the lower timeframes (and not only the maximums of such signals), I completely fixate on the two;
• to buy or not to buy longs and at what levels;
• will there be a break in long or a re-high.

I trade as follows:

• at the level of 0-1 (zero-one) large capitals increased liquidity in order to buy a large number of coins and sell them at higher price - if all conditions are met (stars, coffee, indicators, beliefs) on a smaller time frame I buy coins;
• at level 2 (two), point by point, I sell the entire volume if there are no beliefs regarding further growth.

Entry on a smaller time frame with all beliefs and "stars" with full fixation of the entire position on the two - there is nothing at the top.
